Customer Reviews

"Plenty of parking for this hometown diner. You will get plenty of food, so if you order a big plate, you better be hungry. There's plenty of seating, and the service is great. The food is very good. You get your money's worth."

"We were here for a late lunch on a Friday and were surprised that there weren't many people there. Maybe it was just down time. The prices are very reasonable, the food was delicious and of course our order was out to us promptly. The lady who served us was very polite and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and had a nice homey/diner kind of feel to it. If you go for lunch or dinner I recommend trying the fried pickle spears if you haven't, and my fiance says the Philly steak sandwich is the bomb. The weekend breakfast plates sound especially good, something we want to try sometime. 100% Would recommend this place to anyone and we definitely plan to go back. (The menu photos I mainly took to have for myself for later, but decided to include them because I usually have a hard time finding menus for smaller places online to get an idea of what they serve. Hope it helps.)"

"Unique experience. First chicken fried steak I ever ordered that didn't have gravy on it and one of the few meals that included no bread of any type. Had to ask for a refill on the tea as well. Nursing a couple of busted ribs so I was not anxious to start a conversation due to my discomfort. I simply ate paid the $13 and went home so I could lay down, that part was my fault."

"I've eaten at Emilees several times and the food is always delicious so I'm leaving a review this time. My mom always gets the hamburger steak with grilled peppers and onions with their homemade french fries. Both are delicious! I had country fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes and english peas...soooo good! BONUS: go after 5 PM and they give you a hot bread loaf with honey butter...that alone is worth the visit. The waitresses are all super sweet and the patrons are friendly. It's always clean with great food and good people so I would definitely recommend Emilees if you want real...GOOD country grub!"

"My aunt and I ate there yesterday for both of our birthdays and the food was delicious! Service was the best and the atmosphere was very relaxed, warm and friendly! Highly recommend!"

"The food was cold, and the eggs were wrong. I asked for sunny side up twice, and they gave me scrambled. My husbands pancakes were cold. He asked for syrup, and it never came. Everything was cold, and we did not eat. This place used to be our favorite place now we are going to have to find a new spot."

"This place had great food and great service and a very friendly atmosphere. Looking forward to going again."
